Looks like  src/sbin/Makefile, rev1.164 was disconnected mount_ext2fs
from the build
to replace with single mount, and mount -t ext2fs is not still implemented.
I see ext2fs in remountable_fs_names[], but don't in const char *fs[]
in use_mountprog().
