Your machine's problem sounds similar. I have another "stab in the dark" floppy for you to try, but its just a guess (going to ipl7 when probing the pci bus like linux does) The floppy is at the same location: http://people.freebsd.org/~gallatin/kern.flp If that fails too, you might try upgrading your SRM console to the latest firmware available.
