diff for update from 4.4 to 4.6.2

Attached is a patch to update scid to 4.6.2.

The build system is not very flexible, e.g., no DESTDIR support. There have
been some changes since 4.4 that needed manual fixing. I hope I didn't break
anything.

Tested using poudriere testport on 10.2-RELEASE amd64.
