I don't know anything about the local market in Brazil; you should be 
looking for local suppliers that specialise in Industrial Automation.  
If you want to try on the 'net, I'd start with www.advantech.com, but 
definitely shop around.

No.  You can boot (eg. PicoBSD) from them, but once FreeBSD is running 
they are invisible.
