Also, does this problem occur with older releases like 4.3? 2) Also try using newer cvsup'ed code, from the RELENG_4_5 branch, which might solve the problem; (just a troubleshooting tip, hehe) 3) Did you try using a custom kernel, with one of the CPU options provided, such as: options CPU_ENABLE_SSE (just an example) 4) Did you update the firmware of your BIOS, as this also might help.
