When I install devel/apr-svn, the port does not install lib/libapr-1.so.2 . this file is required by a lib depend on subversion. I have not checked fully, but other files are also missing. I believe it may not be building any .so files.

These files are not in the build tree either.

Install arp-svn from a reasonably clean standpoint. Check for instalation of libapr-1.so.2
