Deprecation notices in review D23928 https://reviews.freebsd.org/D23928.

As rgrimes points out cx(4) is for an ISA card (Cronyx Sigma family),
and I assume there's no conflict over removing it. Likewise with ctau,
which is also ISA, discontinued by the manufacturer and not supported
in FreeBSD 7+ by them.
