You might want to keep watch on the section "Upcoming Releases" at: http://www.freebsd.org/releng/index.html When there is a schedule for a new release, a link will be posted there. Most FreeBSD users don't wait on a RELEASE, they just install the most recent and then update (see Handbook) to the latest available at the moment. HTH, Randy --
