Hello All. Have such a situation: - there is 256k/sec Internet link - there are 4 users to connect via it Question: Could I divide a channel on 4 users with 64k/sec - minimal speed on a user and ???k/sec - maximum (depending on chanell utilization) to achive maximum speed per user? Dummynet allows only to limit the upper speed, but this is not optimal when less than 4 users are active.
