Please note that those two are not equivalent. -L=3D would exclude
the '=3D up-to-date with index' state - an old port with no origin
recorded, which has the same version as its /usr/ports/INDEX entry
(since pkg_version does not know which port directory to check).
Such a port might as well be outdated since the last INDEX regen.
