Ok - well, I know almost everyone offers this, but does remote access 
with a "hands on" person help?  I might be able to do that..  Anyway, I 
understand about stress/busy schedules, so no worries - I'm jsut 
offering my help.  I'm all game for doing some heavy duty bashing at 
this - but I need a guide.. :)
