This thread really needs to end on this list, but I am going to respond to the below email to this list
since it was sent to this list.

Viewpoints on religion, politics or myself are not what I asked.

I simply want to know why cvsup666 was used as an example in the freebsd handbook.  That's it.  

Why not either answer the question if you know why, and if you don't why not simply not say anything?

I do not agree with the below email and I am completely confident that reading 666 does not mean I am going to hell.  I know it does not.

If you know why the cvsup example that was used was, then please email me directly, not the list.
