That's what I'm aiming at.. I'm pretty sure it would either be neutral 
overall or a reduction (ie: sizeof merged vm_page_t <= sizeof existing 
vm_page_t + sizeof pv_entry) since we can drop a pointer from pv_entry.

I well recall your previous objection to something else that would have 
increased this earlier on. ;-)
