Hey boy, what is that rbash? Try to use different command interpreter such as ash or or csh. Second how much ns you RAM is? And what is processor cache? I have nearly the same problem and I found that one of my cache chips wasn't fit in its socket properly. And try to move SIMMs in sockets... Yours, Vlado.
