I think you're looking at it being easier to completely reinstall. There are a LOT of things changed over that number of releases. You would have to stage it (at the least) ... 2.2.8 to 3.? to 4.? to 5, you may even have to jump a few additional steps. Considering the fact that the 2.2.8 machine is probably rather old, I'd grab a new computer and get it up and running on 4.8 (don't use 5 in a production environment) and once you've got everything working in 4.8, just swap the machines out. -- Bill Moran Potential Technologies http://www.potentialtech.com
