I have been playing tag with Intel for several months regarding NDA
over programmer's docs on their 10Mbps EtherExpress cards.

Intel required NDA before releasing the 386/486 bug list back when I
was at MWC.

OTOH, they claim that if I sign NDA and write a driver, I can still
publish source for it.  We'll see...
