Have you made these before? Try a 'make clean' before you do the
'make' and see if anything happens. As for "kde," I assume you are
talking about /usr/ports/x11/kde11. There should be a Makefile in
there. When you say you "updated" everything, I assume you mean a
CVSup of it all? Did that all go error free?
