Hi all,

I have completed tagging of the doc/ tree and a test build for
upcoming 4.10-RELEASE. You can consider doc/ is open for commits
now, but as usual any sweeping changes should be postponed until
after the release day. If there are any questions, please let me know.

 Thanks!
