I tried the GEOM declaration again with a kernel current
as of 05 Oct 0000 GMT --it failed apparently trying to
load off the ZIP disk at da2 after not finding the da0/1
drives on the aic7899 (Tyan 2642 SMP)

I will note that my loader is dated 27 Sep since there
has not been an even close to complete buildworld since
then; I cvsup at least twice a day: 0000 and 1200.
several of the boot modules are among the casualites
    along with disklabel.

Sure hope you're going to put the NOGEOM flag for the
    config flag in tomorrow!
