However, we *really* need to get things updated ASAP so that we can retire the forest of symlink clutter which has replaced the directory clutter that was formerly there. :-( The packages/ports stuff is the worst offender, though sysinstall also requires that the current position for 3.0-RELEASE and 2.2.8-RELEASE be maintained (by symlink) and means we won't be able to nuke those symlinks until these releases vanish from wcarchive. - Jordan > * It got back-burnered but it's only list of things to do.
