Got a quick question: Say I have a disk mounted at /mnt, and I want to 'make world' from /usr/src so that the whole directory tree gets put on /mnt. Then later I can take this disk to some other machine, boot off of it, mount it as /, etc. It looks like setting DESTDIR is the thing to do. However, I'm uncertain exactly how to do this. Could somebody give me a quick primer on this? Just don't want to nuke my filesystem. Thanks, -Archie _______________________________________________________________________________ Archie L.
