Do we have any tools that assist watching ports dependencies from a 
maintainership point of view?  For instance, I'm the maintainer of 
MIMEDefang, and it would be great to have a tool that would (semi-) 
automagically poke me when dependencies (like MIME::Tools) get updated 
so I can rebuild it and look for problems.
