You don't have to recompile all ports when switching to a new _minor_ versi=
on.
Minor versions are binary compatible. So in this case you don't have to do
anything.

Only when changing to a new major version (e.g. from 9.x to the upcoming 10=
=2E0)
it is advised to delete all ports and then re-install them, because e.g.
shared library versions can change.
