I'm getting 'strange' results from the new CVS, so my take is to *NOT*
merge it into -stable.

(And I'm the one that paid for part of the new one,and am forced to use
the new version in-house. We're trying to figure out what's going on
with it, as we're getting inconsistant results with it.)
