Is there a good setup document available? Now that I've compiled -stable, I tried to install a ccd. Ccdconfig com- plains of a missing /dev/ccd0c but there are no ccd instruc- tions in /dev/MAKEDEV. I've got three partitions, sd1s1, sd2s1, and sd3s1 identically configured and I'm assuming I shouldn't put a fs on them until they're concatenated but where can I find a guide for creating the block and character devices apparently required by ccdconfig?
