Well, there is some possibility that it's just a one-time hiccup. More likely, the drive has already exhuasted it's supply of replacement blocks, as modener drives do bad block remapping all by themselves. In the latter case, the drive is about to fail catastrophically. At the very least, I'd keep a very close eye on the drive, and double-check my backups if I saw that happen to one of my drives.
