OACTIVE is set, when the interface doesn't work (no buffer space etc), and
when it comes to watchdog timeout.

It ALWAYS says that. My card forced to use 10Base-T/UTP mode by
configuration program, not by ifconfig. But everything works.

Yes, it always says that. And it always plugged into network.

But now it's working.

No. But it anyway forced to use irq10 and so on by bios and config.
