            Bug ID: 192493
Summary: [Feature Request] add version command to loader(8)
           Product: Base System
           Version: 11.0-CURRENT
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: Needs Triage
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: bin
          Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: yaneurabeya@gmail.com

One thing that would be extremely helpful when debugging issues with loader is
to
be able to dump the version text for boot0, boot1, and boot2 (mostly boot2
though) to verify that the bootloader is in synch with the kernel at boot.
