If it's a screen shot, or similar image, please send in GIFs, PNGs, or high quality JPEGs. Do not do any compression of the JPEGs, since the doc. infrastructure will do that=20 automatically, as necessary. People need to write it. No one is paid to write it, so people write what they feel comfortable talking about.
