With i4b 1.00 MFC'd to stable and now having identical packages in both current and stable, i have updated to i4b handbook to include all the new features. The HTML version can be found at http://people.freebsd.org/~hm/i4b-1001/index.html and the postscript version at http://people.freebsd.org/~hm/docs/i4b-1001.ps.gz This text was produced using LyX (a LateX wysiwyg frontend), the pictures were produced using xfig and converted to EPS.
