Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why I'm seeing the
following messages in /var/log/log.smb:

  Denied connection from server.name.ourdomain.com(10.1.154.66)
[2002/05/08 08:19:36, 1] smbd/process.c:process_smb(611)
  Connection denied from 10.1.154.66

(hostname and IP are fictitious)

log.smb is full of these messages and almost all the messages
are referencing one of our DNS servers on our LAN.

I thought it might have something to do with my /etc/resolv.conf
configuration but I checked it and it looks to be in order. I have:

nameserver 10.1.154.65
nameserver 10.1.154.66

..in there.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Joe
