I4b in current is 1.00.1. The reference for this is to be found in
/usr/src/sys/i386/include/i4b_ioctl.h:

#define VERSION         1               /* version number       */
#define REL             0               /* release number       */
#define STEP            1               /* release step         */

With regards to the release notes, i took care to update them properly.
Shortly after i upgraded current to 1.00.1 they were removed from the
tree and i have to admit that i have no idea where they went to and
what i have to update (same in -stable, no releasenotes anymore ..).
