You're overlooking a key point: In eight years of running Windows NT, I never _needed_ any support. I never once put in a call to Microsoft technical support. > It's really very simple. The last time I checked, about a year or two ago, there was only one drive left on the market that was compatible. All the others required different connectors. -- Anthony
