I hadn't though about that, but I believe I'd support it. Most (I'm guessing here) FreeBSD systems don't run a DNS server. Those that need to could install a port. BIND seems to be in the same catagory as sendmail, contributed software that many people prefer to replace with something more simple. -crl -- Chad R.
