Use ACPI_SUCCESS/ACPI_FAILURE consistently. The AcpiGetInto* interfaces are obsoleted by ACPI_ALLOCATE_BUFFER. Add AcpiBatteryIsPresent helper to determine whether a battery device is inserted. Add ACPI_ALL_DRIVERS to the list of debug layers, now that we own the namespace for this.
