Well,

	Not to throw a third variable into this, but have you considered Hauppauge
(sp?) with their PCI and USB TV solutions?

	Personally, I try to stay away from hardware from companies that are out of
business.  And with aTI playing the chipset switcheroo... might as well be
gambling.
