No, they weren't; he got roasted for breaking a bunch of ports rules and
told to resubmit after fixing.  I didn't notice if he ever did resubmit
(-ports gets way too much traffic for me to keep up with...).  (One
which I didn't see a complaint about but which I tripped over:  neither
sysutils/LPRng nor print/ifhp is LOCALBASE-clean.)
