How would you use it? Will you maintain vulnerability information for several projects in a single VuXML file? If so, I think the reasonable extension would be to specify a metadata attribute on the existing <package> and <system> tags. You would not likely want the `cross-product' effect. Then one could easily generate individual VuXML documents from a single document, simply selecting on this attribute and including only relevent entries.
