Smth very strange is going on with my freebsd boxes after supping -stable
today. The situation overview:
I've got two FreeBSD boxes: one is a router and other just a host.
--[green]-[...other_hosts...]--->[gerlach-router]---- Rest of the lan
Everything worked fine. Green exported a /usr for others. Gerlach on the
other hand exported /usr/src. I configured them and it worked more than
fine. A couple weeks ago I decided to sup -stable (form 2.1.0-RELEASE) first
time:
green:~ {15} uname -a
FreeBSD green.pap.waw.pl 2.1-STABLE FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE #0: Mon Feb 5

And the same on gerlach. After that still everything worked excellent. Even
I managed to run NIS server and client. Today I did another supping of
-stable on gerlach but something is strange.
New kernel got crazy, my router stopped any TCP/IP activity. What I did then
was to come back to the prevous kernel. It helped but still it just can't
handle nfs exporting.
The sample session on green. I am trying to mount /usr/src from gerlach:
# mount gerlach:/usr/src /usr/src
[Now it's oK mount report good mounting]
# cd /usr/src
[It is just hanging ... no msg, no cursor]
There is no error message on gerlach:/var/log/messages
and on the green I could see something like this:
NFS server does not respond ! What is off course true.
This what I snoop from network interface:

What couse such strange behaving ... it worked very well for days. I'm
trying to play with this problem but need your comments or something ;-(.
I tried to mount other fs from outside the router and everything was fine so
the problem is gerlach. And kernel is demaged (I used the same config file
which worked). Tell me if you need more informations.
