These are Plug&Pray -- you'll need to rebuild the kernel with

controller pnp0

I think it should find it okay, but if not you'll have to modify
/sys/i386/isa/sio.c and add the vendor id.  Just look for `Supra' and
you'll find the table you have to edit.
