Many thanks to George Vagner, Crist J. Clark, Andrew Mitroshin, Ismail Yuenigul, and the other friends who are on the list. What I did is to add the "Relay denied" domains to /etc/mail/relay-domains. Yes, it worked for the listed domains. But all the rest were still "Relay denied". Then I added my internal network IP address to /etc/mail/access file and make the db file and restarted sendmail. Wow, everyting worked! I should mention that the FreeBSD box is a gateway (firewall). I could send and receive mail, but only windows workstation(another net) behind the gateway got "Relay denied" error. Hope this will help someone later.
