Yes, I have docbook->html, but due to recent tweaks in the transpec file format (which are not documented I might add; the entire transpec(5) man page needs to be rewritten) it doesn't work at all. I should be a fairly simple matter to whip it back into shape though. The plan is to commit it in FreeBSD-current, along with the Docbook DTD so people like yourself can hack on it.
