I received a new BIOS from Soren at Soekris and that does map the interrupt
correctly for the pci to cardbus bridge.

It took me a long time to get the Orinoco/Dell minipci card to work though,
because I didn't realise that only the first invocation of pccardd will
set the memory. I had a long session of killing pccardd, changing the
memory setting in /etc/pccard.conf and starting pccardd to find some
usable area. :-) Only to find that it didn't work. You have to reboot
everytime.

For those who care, the net4501 only maps the "video" area (0xa0000 -
0xbffff) to the pci bus and not the rest of the hole below 1M. So
0xc0000 to 0xeffff is not usable.
