Currently I backup to a DDS-4 DAT drive using the following while in "/": tar -zpcvf /dev/sa0 . I am aware of bacula, Amanda, cpio, and dump but to me tar is the ideal method so if anyone had a simple script to automate this process I would greatly appreciate some help in making my own. Thanks again, you guys are great!! Joe
