 No.

 I don't how it happens but /usr/src/sys broken after system update

# ls -al src.old/sys
total 4
dr-xr-xr-x   1 root  wheel     0 Feb  8 12:19 .

dr-xr-xr-x   1 root  wheel     0 Feb  8 12:19 class

dr-xr-xr-x   1 root  wheel     0 Feb  8 12:19 kernel

 Trying to reproduce it during the next system update
