hi all.. this is new - just installed 6 and here: # dhclient fxp0 DHCPDISCOVER on fxp0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 5 DHCPDISCOVER on fxp0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 8 .............................................................................................. and a few other intervals... so if the fxp0 is up and the dhcp server is up then whats wrong with dhclient?... i'm actually writing from a machine on the same dhcp server... thanks...
