Version 8.2.3-T5B is being run on my system. That explains my 'named' shutting down periodically. Thanks for your help; I will update tomorrow! I hope the update is seamless as I will only upgrade the executables and obviously not the named files. Thanks for your help. If there's anything I could help you with feel free to contact me.
