If you install DHCP from the port (/usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp3), it will
put a sample start-up file in the correct place,
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/isc-dhcpd.sh.sample. Just edit it as needed (I
had to make a one line change) and save it as
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/isc-dhcpd.sh.
