Disks are not initialized when the pannic occures...
Any info I could provide you from within the kdb? A ,,where'' output? Is
kdb useable from serial console so far?

As I can see in an old 5.4 dmesg ep0 was the only card with irq9, fxp3
had 11 on 5.4.
