Hi,

I am trying to run FreeBSD 2.x on a Packard Bell AXCEL 120CD
with an Adaptec 2940 SCSI Card. I have downloaded the latest
snapshot boot floppy image (from 950210-SNAP) and tried to boot.
The PCI bus and Adaptec card are recognized, and the sequencer
code is downloaded to the card. The next message I get is
somehting like: "Waiting for SCSI bus to settle", after
which the system just hangs. I need to hard reboot to get it
back. The first time to reboot the Adaptec BIOS can not find the
SCSI disk, and I need to reboot again - afterwards I can bring
up DOS & Windows. A summary of my system configuration is as follows:

                      System Summary
